Mixed billing means some patients are bulk billed, while others are charged a private fee with a Medicare rebate available where applicable.
This model allows us to continue delivering comprehensive, high-quality care despite rising operational costs and limited increases in Medicare rebates.
Bulk billing does not apply to Saturday appointments, procedures or mental health care plans.

Appointment Length
We offer appointments of varying lengths to suit your medical needs.
If your consultation extends beyond the originally scheduled time, additional charges may apply based on the duration used. For example, if a standard 15-minute appointment extends beyond 20 minutes, it will be billed at the longer consultation rate.
To ensure fairness to all patients and respect our doctors’ time:
A fee of $35 applies for the transfer of
medical records to another practice.
